As well as common rail injectors we can also test Single Stage mechanical Injectors with the Hartridge Test Master. Through these tests we can test the injector nozzle opening pressure and back leaks.
We also offer an in-house injector reconditioning service, where faulty injectors are stripped, ultrasonically cleaned and reset using genuine parts where available. This service comes with a one-year guarantee as standard, subject to terms and conditions.
