HIGH PRESSURE DIESEL PUMP TESTING IN THE NORTH WEST
We know how to test a diesel injection pump thoroughly. After more than 10 years serving operators across the North West and Borders, we have met every kind of mechanical and common rail device out there! Common rail diesel pump testing holds very few surprises for us now.
It is now possible to run the diesel pumps at up to 2700 bar constant pressure to check the integrity of the pump very thoroughly indeed. We check for leakage and fuel delivery according to each manufacturer’s predetermined plans. Next, we check the transfer pressure.
If your common rail diesel pump passes these checks, we will then check the Metering Valve for correct operation. Our test benches will check absorption and voltage to pressure/volume on the high-pressure pump supply as per the Corona test plan data.
